Chief Nursing Officer, In-House Applicants Only
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a registered nurse (RN) leader who performs direct oversight and management of the 24-hour nursing services for the hospital which include the emergency department, the acute care inpatient unit, the OB unit and all hospital-based outpatient services. This position directly supervises approximately 15-20 FTE’s, including one administrative assistant.
- Required: Graduate B.S.N. Nursing Degree, or actively enrolled and successfully making progress to degree completion within reasonable time period.
- Five (5) years RN experience in ER, OB and Acute Care (Med-Surg).
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and TNCC required within 6 months of start date.
- Desired: M.S.N. Degree
SALARY: Exempt, Salary DOE
