Massage Therapist
Job Description
Administers and directs the examination, evaluation, determination of a massage therapy diagnosis, rehabilitation prognosis and procedural interventions utilized in massage medicine and rehabilitation of persons requiring Massage Therapy services following a medical screening and referral by a physician within the licensure requirements of the State of Washington.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Massage Therapy. Licensure: Holds current Washington State Massage Practioner License.
Shift: Part Time, M-F Variable Shifts, 0.5 FTE
SALARY: $30.75 - $36.91/hour DOE
