Administrative Assistant- Rural Health Clinics

Performs and provides administrative support services. Designs and prepares documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations for Clinic Leadership. Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments. Records meeting minutes, manages department records and completes special projects as requested. This position demonstrates professional communications, problem solving abilities, and resourcefulness supporting the Clinic Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS: Two or more years of admin experience supporting department head.

- Maintains confidentiality in all matters
Shift: Full time, M-F, Variable between 7:30am-6:00pm
SALARY: $24.11-$31.34 DOE
