Job Description

Performs and provides administrative support services such as: reception - receiving, ascertaining needs, problem solving and directing guests and callers. Designs and prepares documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations for staff, board and regulatory surveyors. Schedules meetings and arranges travel for department leaders. Records meeting minutes, manages department records and completes special projects as requested. This position demonstrates professional communications, problem solving abilities, and resourcefulness supporting the CNO and Clinical Administration. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education – High School Graduate or GED required. A.A. Degree preferred with emphasis in Business Administration.          

Experience – Two years Administrative Assistant experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities – Detail and multitask oriented. Must be able to type at least 45 WPM, experience with office equipment including computers, telephones, and copier. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, scheduling and auditing timecards.

SHIFT:  Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

SALARY RANGE:  $25.50-$38.07 per hour DOE
