Job Description

Provide routine primary health care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on women's health and obstetrics. Provider must possess knowledge of patient care modalities for infants, children, adults, pregnant women and geriatrics.


  1. Current Washington State Physician and Surgeons License.
  2. Knowledge and Abilities to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
  3. The ability to Add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, to perform the four operations with like or common decimal fractions; to compute ratio, rate and percent; to draw and interpret bar graphs; to perform arithmetic operations involving all America monetary units.
  4. Ability to read literature, charts, medical records, prescriptions, scientific and technical journals and business correspondence.
