The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for working in the Laboratory Office or Rural Health Clinics in a safe, clean efficient, and an accurate manner. Duties include: entering and distributing of all lab reports; answering the customer service calls for the office and Laboratory; helping with filing, specimen accessioning, and specimen entering; collecting blood specimens from patients of all ages; assisting/directing patients in the collection other specimen (urine, stool, etc.); processing specimens

QUALIFICATIONS:

2. A high school diploma or GED
3. Experience:
4. At least one year prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
5. Telephone/messaging experience.
6. Computer experience required.
7. Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
8. Licensure/Credentials:
9. Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license.

SHIFT: Full Time, Monday-Frida, 8:00am-4:30pm

SALARY: $23.32- $37.26 DOE
