Forks Community Hospital holds Critical Access Hospital accreditation from DNV GL Healthcare, an organization that provides accreditation and certification services based on quality and safety standards.

State Recognition

We were recognized by Washington State Department of Health for earning a place on the 2017 Antimicrobial Stewardship Honor Roll.

Award-Winning Long Term Care

Our long-term care (LTC) facility has received six consecutive deficiency-free state surveys, maintaining a 5 Star rating with CMS. Medicare.gov named our LTC unit one of the “Top Nursing Homes in Washington” in 2017.
