Job Description

Per Diem - 10 Hour Shifts- Various Days including holidays and weekends.

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the Long Term Care unit. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by Nursing and other supportive staff members, participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on resident’s maintaining their highest practicable level of functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to communicate orally and in English- additional languages preferred. Basic computer literacy required. Graduate of Nursing Program. Current Washington State Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical License. Long Term Care experienced preferred.

SALARY: R.N. $37.27 - $68.41/hour LPN $31.91 - $52.22 PLUS 15% in lieu of benefits for RN's
