ABOUT THE JOB

Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for planning, development and administration of the Health Information Management, Admitting Departments and Business Office. These responsibilites include but are not limited to maintaining a budget, counseling employees, assist with coding and billing questions, liaison to an MMC, prioritizing daily work, developing appropriate actions and responsibilites to be taken within each department of oversight in regard to the Health Information Management process, as well as other hospital tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

a. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.

Experience:

a. Two years of Revenue Cycle experience combined with managing insurance billing and or collections is required.

Equipment:

a. Computers, windows application, spreadsheets, 10 key, copy machine, multi-line phone, shredder, paper cutter as well as various other office equipment.

Full Time, Salary Exempt, $49.79-$76.86 per hour DOE, 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F
