The Revenue Integrity Supervisor serves as the organization’s authoritative subject matter expert for Charge Capture, Charge Description Master (CDM) governance, coding accuracy, and enterprise-wide revenue integrity. This role provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and advanced technical expertise to ensure all billable services, procedures, and supplies are accurately captured, coded, priced, and compliant with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.

The Supervisor exercises independent judgment in directing CDM maintenance, leading charge capture workflows, and collaborating with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to optimize reimbursement, mitigate financial risk, and prevent revenue leakage. This position also supports Health Information Management (HIM) functions through training, policy development, and operational decision-making that influence both departmental and organization-wide performance.

Qualifications: Certified Coding Certificate required (CPC, CCS-P, COC, CCS, or CCA). Certification in Revenue Cycle Management for Rural Health (RHRCMS) preferred.

Salary: $30.75-$43.06/hour DOE
