WEOS- Admitting Receptionist II
The Outreach Services Receptionist/Admitting Clerk II performs clerical activities in support of mental health, substance use disorder counseling programs. As initial contact person, the Receptionist is responsible coordination of all incoming consumers and communications to the agency. The Receptionist performs a variety of clerical activities which include typing, filing, and receiving payment under direction of the Administrative Services Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School/GED, Business College preferred.
Training and Experience:
- 2- years working in an office setting preferred.
- References which indicate good attendance, performance, and dependability.
- Computer experience required.
Education: High School/GED, Business College preferred.
Training and Experience: No clinical receptionist experience is required but is preferred. References which indicate good attendance, performance and dependability. Able to operate telephone, computer, and other office machines. Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred.
Shift: Full time, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm
SALARY: $20.66 - $33.01/hour DOE
